Shipping & Delivery


  • We offer free shipping for deliveries in India and all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the website.

  • If the order is placed via COD (Cash On Delivery), our team will reach out to you to make a payment of 10% of the order value as confirmation. The same will be adjusted in the cash value to be paid by you.


  • For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased. With the estimated delivery date  provided for your order at the time of placing the order, you will also be sent an order confirmation email.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Note: The shipping charge does not include import duty(s). Please read our tax related T&Cs. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our quality control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.


  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.

  • We ship all orders from our workshop in Lucknow, India. It can take upto 5-7 days to fulfil orders within India. Currently we do not offer International shipping. Please place a request on call for international shipping if needed.

  • For Revive & Bespoke orders it will take us 7-10 days to fulfil orders.

  • Once the order is placed you will receive a notification regarding order confirmation. Another notification will be sent out once the order has been shipped along with tracking details. Customers can track their orders at any time from the courier company website.

  • We make sure each order is fulfilled on time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.

  • At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.   • Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. The images taken during the quality check procedure are stored with us till 24 hours after product delivery to you.

  • If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
